Prometheus Complex Care staff members are skilled at recognising potential risks or hazards that may affect the well-being of the individuals under their care.
We are also proficient in determining the level of involvement or interaction necessary to provide effective support and intervention. This involves assessing the individual’s needs, circumstances, and any potential risks, and then tailoring the level of engagement accordingly. The aim is to ensure that the support provided is both suitable and necessary for addressing the individual’s needs while promoting their safety and overall well-being.
We work in partnership with mental health professionals to also offer specialist secure patient transfer for individuals requiring collection and transportation from their own home to NHS or private hospitals.
All Prometheus staff are trained to NHS standards in de-escalation management and intervention. We take a sensitive and compassionate approach, treating patients with respect and always follow the line of least restrictive practice.
